The Spanish Ministry of Education sponsors a North American Language and Culture Assistant Program for elementary and secondary schools in Spain. This program enables more than 2000 US and Canadian College students or graduates to train as English Language Assistants in Spain for the school year.
Teaching assistantships at secondary schools in Austria (through the Austrian ministry of education)
From the Cultural Services division of the French Embassy in the U.S., "a platform for exchange and innovation between French and American artists, intellectuals, educators, students, the tech community, and the general public."

BBC Languages
The resource from Britain's BBC offers in-depth (12-week) online programs of study in Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, and Greek and sampler lessons in more than 40 other languages, for example, Japanese, Maltese, Arabic, Gaelic, and Estonian.
Foreign Language Videos from the Viewpoints Project of the Five Colleges of Ohio Consortium is "a collection of video clips in which native speakers elaborate on a wide variety of topics about their culture, family, daily life, and more. Each video clip is accompanied by a description of its contents, the country of the speaker, and additional grammar and vocabulary notes."
Lang Media: Resources for World Languages
Lang Media's mission is to provide "materials in languages less-commonly offered by colleges and universities in the United States" and "authentic materials depicting differences in regional dialects and language-usage among speakers of the most commonly taught languages worldwide." The site was produced by the Five College Center for the Study of World Languages.
Language learning resources from COERLL: Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning, from the University of Texas at Austin. Produces and shares open educational resources for the teaching and learning of foreign languages, including online language courses, podcasts, downloadable transcripts, reference grammars, and assessment tools.
