 Additional ways to search Google

Google Scholar searches "across many disciplines and sources: articles, theses, books, abstracts and court opinions, from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities and other web sites."  Try an advanced search.

To set Google Scholar to link to Castleton's journal holdings:

  1. Go into Scholar Preferences
  2. Add Castleton to your Library Links
  3. Click on Save Preferences

Or, use Castleton's Journal Holdings List to check for availability.

Search websites from a given country

Two letter domains, such as .uk, .de and .jp (for example), are called country code top-level domains (ccTLDs) and correspond to a country, territory, or other geographic location.

See a list of country two-letter domains , for example .ug for Uganda, .sa for South Africa.

You can do an advanced search in Google or in Google Scholar and put a country's code in the "Search within a site or domain" box to search websites from that country.
